1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Raven Billiards & Gaming Zone website or platform, or by using our venue services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings

Bookings are requests for venue stations and are confirmed by our staff. Availability shown on the platform reflects our records. Confirmed bookings are subject to the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where online payment is available, you authorise us to charge the stated amount. You agree to pay all amounts for services you book.

5. Tournament participation

• Entry fees must be settled for participation to be confirmed
• Tournament rules are announced by the Venue before play begins and are binding on participants
• The Venue may cancel or reschedule tournaments with reasonable notice
• Prizes are awarded at the Venue’s discretion and in line with announced rules

6. Membership

Membership benefits, discounts and pricing are as displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

7. Venue rules & user responsibilities

• Follow the instructions of Venue staff at all times
• Treat equipment, tables and facilities with care
• Respect other guests and play within the spirit of the game
• The Venue reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave for behaviour that disrupts the venue

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Venue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or venue services, including loss of personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes
